Spicy Tuna Burger!

You know there are a lot of different kinds of burgers. Most of the times I make them with ground beef. BIG HUNK OF MEAT!  But this time I thought by myself, why not a bit different this week. Something more healthier and lighter. So I made the Spicy tuna burger. This burger is made with just a few ingredients. It’s easy, it’s delicious and you want it.


– 2 fresh baked buns out of the oven
– 4 teaspoon of salmon egg
– 200 gram tuna filet
– 4 tablespoon of mayonnaise
– 3 teaspoon of hot chili sauce
– Handful of wakame
– Sesame seeds
– Salt and pepper


  1. Bake your buns to perfection. Let them rest on a towel.
  2. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on your cut board. Use it to coat your tuna filet and let it rest.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise with the spicy chili sauce. Till it is nice and smooth.
  4. Heat up a pan with olive oil. When the oil is hot enough, set your fire to medium.
  5. Lower the tuna filet in your pan and sear them each side for 2 minutes. Take them out of the pan and let them rest.
  6. Cut the bun in half and add a bit of spicy mayonnaise spread.
  7. Get your tuna filet and cut them in thin slices.
  8. Add a bit of wakame salad on top of the tuna and then the salmon eggs.
  9. Enjoy this spicy tuna burger!dsc03144-2-2
