The BBQ spicy chicken burger

An easy burger that will fill your tummy. This delicious sweet and spicy burger is something you want for the weekend. It’s easy to make and really tasty. Even the kids will like it! Try it out!


– 2 fresh baked buns out of the oven
– 4 chicken thighs
– 1 avocado
– 3 tablespoon of BBQ sauce
– 1/2 red chili pepper
– 2 eggs
– 1 garlic bulb
– 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
– 1 leaf of red cabbage
– Salt and pepper


  1. Bake your buns to perfection. Let them rest on a towel.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs 2 hours before with olive oil, paprika powder and garlic. Heat up a pan with a bit of olive oil and cook the chicken till crispy. Set it aside to cool off.
  3. When the chicken thighs are cooled, cut them in to little pieces and add them in to the pan again on low fire. Add BBQ sauce and chili pepper in it and mix this well together. When it is done, put the fire out and let the chicken rest in the pan.
  4. Cut the avocado in half and cut it in to slices. Heat up a pan and cook 2 eggs sunny side up.
  5. And now it is time to built your burger.
  6. Cut the bun in half and add the slices of avocado first. Followed by the BBQ Chicken.
  7. Cut the red cabbage really thin and top it
  8. As finishing touch, add the sunny side eggs on top.
  9. You just got yourself a fine burger.
