This Burger is called the best of both world. It got a nice and fresh salad and on the edge of a heart attack. The combination of the freshness takes away the greasiness, but enhance the flavor. Also ofcourse, I love the colours!
Ingredients:
– 2 fresh baked buns out of the oven
– 320 gram ground beef
– 6 slices of bacon strips
– 2 slices of Cheddar cheese
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder
– 1 1/2 clove of garlic
– 3 drops of Worcestshire sauce
– 1 teaspoon of curry sauce
– 6 cherry tomatoes
– 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
– Handfull of Arugola
– Handfull of red cabbage
– Handfull of carrot (sliced)
– Oil and butter
– Salt and pepper
Prepare:
- Mix the arugula with the carrot, red cabbage, salt, pepper and mayonnaise together. Let it on the side.
- Cook the buns to perfection and let it rest on a towel.
- Get a bowl and mix the ground beef with paprika powder, Worcestershire sauce and curry sauce together. And shape 2 beautiful burgers.
- Heat up a pan with butter and lower the burgers into it. Also cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and add these also in the pan.
- Cook the burger on each side around 3 minutes on medium fire. Add the cheese on top. Let it melt and take the burgers out to rest.
- Clean the pan and add a bit of olive oil.
- Add to eggs and make them into fried eggs. Not too long. We want a runny egg yolk. Also cook the bacon in same pan till crispy.
- Time to built.
- First add a bit of salad on your bun, followed by the burger and cherry tomatoes.
- Then layer the bacon strips on top and last but not least. The Egg.
