The weekend burger!

It was a great day. The sun was shining, it was weekend and it is burger time! The best part is. Making the burger with a good friend of mine. Added a little twist in it, and that is the sweet and spicy bacon. You will love it! I hope you all will enjoy this burger!


– 2 fresh baked buns out of the oven
– 360 gram ground beef
– 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
– 4 slices of bacon
– Handful of Mix arugula
– 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise
– 2 slices of cheddar cheese
– 1 onion
– 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon of sweet soy sauce
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of finely cut parsley
– Salt and pepper


  1. First make the sauce. Cut the parsley fine. Mix the parsley with the mayonnaise and mashed garlic.
  2. Cook the buns to perfection and let it rest on a towel.
  3. Get a bowl and mix the ground beef with sweet soy sauce, finely cut parsley and salt and pepper And shape 2 beautiful burgers.
  4. Cut the onion in half and then in rings.
  5. Heat up a pan with butter and lower the burgers into it with the cut onions
  6. Cook the burger on each side around 3 minutes on medium fire. Add the cheese on top. Let it melt and take the burgers and the onions out to rest.
  7. Heat up a pan with butter and add the eggs into the pan and cook till the yolk is still runny. Also cook the bacon with a bit of brown sugar and chili pepper.
  8. Time to built.
  9. Put a bit of mayonnaise spread on your bun.
  10. Followed by your burger and baked onions. Add the bacon on top with arugula.
  11. Finish it with the egg.
