Ingredients:
– 2 fresh baked buns out of the oven
– 360 gram ground beef
– 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
– 4 slices of bacon
– Handful of Mix arugula
– 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise
– 2 slices of cheddar cheese
– 1 onion
– 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon of sweet soy sauce
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of finely cut parsley
– Salt and pepper
Prepare:
- First make the sauce. Cut the parsley fine. Mix the parsley with the mayonnaise and mashed garlic.
- Cook the buns to perfection and let it rest on a towel.
- Get a bowl and mix the ground beef with sweet soy sauce, finely cut parsley and salt and pepper And shape 2 beautiful burgers.
- Cut the onion in half and then in rings.
- Heat up a pan with butter and lower the burgers into it with the cut onions
- Cook the burger on each side around 3 minutes on medium fire. Add the cheese on top. Let it melt and take the burgers and the onions out to rest.
- Heat up a pan with butter and add the eggs into the pan and cook till the yolk is still runny. Also cook the bacon with a bit of brown sugar and chili pepper.
