Another burger for the weekend. A bit of freshness and sour in combination with greasy burger.
A good combo to balance the burger!
Ingredients:
– 1 fresh baked buns out of the oven
– 150 gram ground beef
– 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
– 1 teaspoon of ketchup
– 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise
– 1 slice of young cheese
– 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
– 1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
– 3-4 pickled tomatoes
– 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
– 1/2 avocado
– 1 teaspoon of BBQ sauce
– Salt and pepper
Prepare:
- Cook the buns to perfection and let it rest on a towel.
- Get a bowl and mix the ground beef with ketchup, parsley, Dijon mustard and finely chopped garlic. And shape a beautiful burgers.
- Cut the red onion in half and then in rings.
- Heat up a pan with butter and lower the burgers into it.
- Cook the burger on each side around 3 minutes on medium fire. Add the cheese on top. Let it melt and take the burgers out to rest.
- Time to built.
- Mix the mayonnaise with BBQ sauce. Put a bit of mayonnaise mix spread on your bun.
- Followed by your burger. Cut the avocado in halve and in slices. Add this on top of your burger.
- Pickled cherry tomatoes and done!
